Thish De Zoysa

Thish De Zoysa has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Thish is the Founder of Their Perfect Care, a family and resident-led care home that focuses on delivering high-quality care in a warm environment. Thish is also the Founder and CVO of Their Perfect Gift, an Internet retailing company that offers a versatile gift card secured by MasterCard. Thish was a Consultant at Accelve and served as a Special Advisor to the leadership team of Fulcrum Care Limited, where they contributed their expertise in improving care facilities in the UK. Thish has also been an active member of IMA Europe as a Board Member and UK Regional Representative. In the past, they held the position of Director at Duff & Phelps and MCR, specializing in debt advisory and business development. Prior to that, Thish worked at BDO LLP, where they held various roles in turnaround finance and management.

Thish De Zoysa's education history starts with completing their GCSE at Ernest Bevin School from 1987 to 1992. Following this, they attended Tiffin School from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued A-levels in History, Maths, Politics, and Business Studies. From 1994 to 1997, Thish De Zoysa studied at the University of Reading and attained a BA(Hons) 2:1 degree in Accounting & Economics. Finally, they attended ICAEW from 1998 to 2001, where they completed a degree in ACA.
