Heather Meeker

Heather Meeker is an accomplished legal professional and strategic advisor with extensive experience in technology transactions and intellectual property. Currently, Meeker serves as a Strategic Advisor at TheirStory and a Board Member at the StarkNet Foundation and IEEE-ISTO. Meeker holds the position of Partner at Tech Law Partners LLP and was a General Partner and Founding Portfolio Partner at OSS Capital, L.P. from October 2018 to March 2024. Previous roles include Technology Transactions Partner in the M&A Group at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Expert-in-Residence at RippleWorks. Meeker also has a strong academic background, having lectured on software licensing at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and at Hastings College of the Law. Meeker earned a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
