Rachel Brenke has been a business owner since 2005, helping small business professionals with contracts, business strategies, and intellectual property issues. Rachel Brenke has an extensive educational background. Rachel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2002 and 2007. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University between 2008 and 2009. During the same time period, they also received a Master's in Human Services with a focus on Family Law from Liberty University School of Law. In 2012, they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Liberty University School of Law. In 2020, they obtained a Negotiations Certificate from Harvard Business School. In addition to their degrees, Rachel has obtained several certifications, including a Virginia Bar License from the Virginia State Bar in 2016, SCOTUS Admittance from the Supreme Court of the U.S. in 2016, Eastern District of Virginia certification from the Virginia Court Of Appeals in 2018, and Western District of Virginia certification from the Virginia Court Of Appeals in 2017.
