Gianmarco Fabozzi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Gianmarco began their career in 2013 as a Finance Controller Intern at Salvatore Ferragamo. In 2013, they also worked as a Junior Controller at HSE24 S.p.A. Gianmarco then joined Luxottica in 2014, where they held various roles including Group After Sales Controlling & Reporting, After Sales Operations Manager & Customer Care Brazil, Europe & APAC - Customer Interaction Centre Operations Manager, and Group Customer Service - Technical Services & Business Development Manager. In 2018, they joined Thélios and served as the WW Customer Service Manager. Gianmarco later became the Head of Global Customer Service and Sales Planning before taking on the role of Customer Service, Sales Operations & Sales Planning Director in 2023.
Gianmarco Fabozzi has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Naples 'Parthenope'. Gianmarco then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Pisa from 2010 to 2012. Gianmarco also completed a Master Universitario in Auditing e Controllo di Gestione at the University of Pisa in 2012-2013, specializing in Controllo di Gestione. Gianmarco briefly studied Development Economics and International Development at Université Savoie Mont Blanc in 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ECDL from the University of Naples 'Parthenope' in 2008 and in French Language (B1 level) from the University of Pisa's Centro Linguistico Interdipartimentale.
