Benjamin Cannon

Benjamin Cannon has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as the National Student Board President at J Street since August 2014 and as a Project Assistant at the University of Maryland Environmental Finance Center since March 2014. Additionally, Benjamin contributes as a Jewish World Blogger for Haaretz since September 2013 and attends the University of Maryland, pursuing a major in Government and Politics while studying Digital Cultures and Creativity in the Honors College. Previous roles include Project Assistant at the Computer & Communications Industry Association and Development Intern at Charles E Smith Jewish Day School. Early professional experience includes internships at The S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace and Spark Media. Benjamin holds a GED from CES JDS and is expected to graduate from the University of Maryland in 2015.
