Austin Presley's work experience begins in 2011 as a High School Aid at the Patterson After School Program. They planned and executed activities, improved communication, and boosted morale. In 2012, they moved on to work as a Shop/Field Technician at Silicon Valley Lockmasters, where they managed multiple projects, maintained relationships, and increased productivity. From 2014-2017, they worked as a Shop/Field Technician at Custom Locksmith and Alarm, where they improved the scheduling process, increased completed assignments, and enhanced problem-solving skills. In 2016, they became a Guitar Instructor at Wild Child Music, providing lessons and coordinating with local government departments. In 2017, they joined Bay Area Compliance Lab Corp as an Account Executive, surpassing revenue goals and generating high customer satisfaction. From 2017-2019, they worked as an Account Executive at Yelp, helping SMB owners leverage customer feedback for growth and consistently exceeding quotas.
