Ryan Brinkmann

Ryan Brinkmann's work experience includes positions in various companies and roles. In 2021, they worked at The Mill as the Head of Culture, responsible for building a culture aligned with the company's mission and goals. Ryan managed communications, organized events, supported recruitment and onboarding efforts, and promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Studio Services Manager at The Mill and worked as a Fixer (freelance) for self-employment.

From 2019 to 2020, Ryan was the Director of Production & Technical Director at Pip's Island, where they managed departments and provided technical direction for production projects. Ryan also worked as an Event Operator and Technical Director during that time.

In 2017, Ryan worked at Cycle as the Senior Studio Manager and previously as a Studio Manager. In 2016, they were a Camera Assistant at Cineflix Media Inc. for Property Brothers Season 6. Ryan also served as a Permalance Photographer's Assistant to Bruce Weber at Little Bear Inc. and had internships and assistant roles at Sony Music Entertainment and Wagner College in previous years.

Ryan Brinkmann attended Wagner College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from the NYC Fire Department, including E30 - Special Effects (SPFX) Fire Safety, A35 - To Operate and Maintain Air Compressors, F03 - Indoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel, F04 - Temp Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel, G98 - Con Hand/Stor/Comp Flamm Gas, and S95 - Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems and Other Related Systems in February 2019.
