Tim Kafka

Tim Kafka has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Tim started their career as an Associate Producer at Barton Holt Inc in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Tim then joined BEAST EDITORIAL as a Motion Graphic Artist from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined MPC as a Lighting Lead and held the position until 2016. Shortly after, they joined CBS Television Studios as a Lighting Supervisor from 2016 to 2017. Tim also worked as a Lookdev and Lighting Artist on a freelance basis at Framestore for a brief period in 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Head of 3D at MPC. Currently, they are employed at The Mill, where they hold the role of Head of CG since 2022 and the role of Head of Creative Operations since 2023.

Tim Kafka attended the University of Southern California from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. No specific field of study was specified.
