Sukriti Singh

Sukriti Singh currently serves as the People & Workplace Lead for India at Thena since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Lead at Zomato from May 2017 to February 2023, where significant contributions involved revamping onboarding processes, establishing brand partnerships for employee benefits, and introducing an employee engagement program. Sukriti also held positions as PR Operations Team Lead, managing corporate operations and communications at Zomato, and Operations Team Lead, along with Senior Process Associate in the Social Media Team. Prior to Zomato, Sukriti founded Sister's Kitchen, focusing on reviving traditional regional recipes and empowering village women through a Self Help Group. Educational qualifications include an MDP in Advanced Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, along with master's degrees in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, and Appropriate Technology and Entrepreneurship, and a B.Tech in Computer Science.
