Stephen Hamil has held various software development roles at NBS and University of Newcastle. Currently serving as the Innovation Director at NBS, Stephen leads research and innovation efforts to enhance digital platforms and introduce new solutions to the market. With a PhD in Digital Modelling of Reinforced Concrete Beam Column Connections from Durham University, Stephen has a strong background in Civil/Structural Engineering.
