Sophie B.

Sophie B. began their work experience in 2011 at ARGC as an Operations employee. Sophie then joined Countrywide Plc in 2013 as an Account Manager and Operations team member, where they played a significant role in establishing the Corporate Services department and managing KPIs. In 2017, Sophie joined Theodo UK as the Head of Operations, responsible for managing finances, improving processes, and minimizing client risk. Sophie also took on the role of COO at Theodo UK in March 2020. Sophie has extensive experience in operations and finance management, as well as a focus on employee engagement and development.

Sophie B. attended the University of York from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, Sophie obtained the PSM 1 certification from Scrum.org in December 2017, and the Circl Leader as Coach certification from Circl® in May 2021.
