Bo Pfeffer

Bo Pfeffer has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Bo currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality at Theodore Alexander since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Manufacturing at San Lim Furniture starting from February 2022. Bo also served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Rochdale Spears Group and Redwood Furniture Sdn Bhd. Additionally, they were a General Manager at SJI Industries Sdn Bhd and a Product and Manufacturing Engineer at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Bo started their career as a Technical Team Manager at Shaw Group, where they worked for nine years.

Bo Pfeffer attended Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Diploma in Engineering. Their field of study focused on Wood Science and Wood Production Technology.
