Gabrielle Bradford has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Gabrielle began their career in 1988 as an Account Director at Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne, Australia. In 1993, they were promoted to Management Supervisor, and in 1997 they were promoted again to Account Director. In 1998, they moved to Pure Creative in Melbourne as Group Account Director and Account Director. There, they developed an award-winning integrated program for Whiskas, and was seconded to Mars Marketing Department as Pet Food Brand Manager for four months. In 2001, they joined the Tribeca Organization as Board Director of Marketing Communications. In 2002, they joined Ogilvy & Mather in New York as Senior Partner. In 2004, they co-founded Nitro, where they established and led the company's daily operations. In 2008, they founded Jumping Puddles, an innovative digital marketing services practice. In 2018, they joined both Carl Fischer Music Publishing and Theodore Presser Company as EVP of Marketing.

Gabrielle Bradford attended Swinburne University of Technology from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Economics. Prior to this, they attended Methodist Ladies College, Kew from 1981 to 1985.
