Lynn Gill

Lynn Gill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations and People at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Jefferson Consulting Group, where they served as Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2022 and as Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2017. Lynn also has experience at B3H Corporation, where they worked as part of the Workforce Initiatives team from 2014 to 2016. Lynn previously held similar roles at Single Source Consulting Group, LLC from 2011 to 2014. Lynn's earlier work experience includes roles such as Associate Director for Corporate Training at AED from 2007 to 2011, and HR roles at the Academy for Educational Development from 1999 to 2006. Before that, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at Don Richard Associates from 1997 to 1999.

Lynn Gill holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years. These certifications include "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees" and "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, "Critical Perspectives on Management" from Coursera in 2014, "Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®)" from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014, "Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence" from Coursera in 2013, and "MBTI Practitioner" from CAPT in 2013. Lynn Gill also achieved the PHR certification from HRCI in 2001 and 2000.
