Michael Hitchcock

Michael Hitchcock has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Office Group (TOG and Fora), following the completion of their merger. In their role, they aim to create the premier flexible workspace group in London and other European cities. Prior to this, Michael worked as the Owner and Director of Trois Femme Consulting Ltd. Michael also served as the Chief Transformation Officer and CFO of Hunkemöller International BV, Europe's fastest-growing lingerie brand. Additionally, Michael held positions such as Non-Executive Director and Investor at Mettrr, CFO at L.K.Bennett, Chief Executive Officer at Beale Plc, Chief Operating Officer at Narec Capital Limited, CFO and Shareholder at Ashberg MFO, Finance Director at Moss Bros Group Plc, and Finance Director at Ottakars Plc. Throughout their career, Michael has been involved in various strategic and financial initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, business turnarounds, and capital raising.

Michael Hitchcock completed their education at the University of Essex from 1984 to 1987, earning a degree in AFE with a focus on Accountancy, Finance, and Economics. Michael continued their education at ICAEW from 1987 to 1990, obtaining the degree of Chartered Accountant with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
