Michal Golec

Michal Golec currently serves as a Learning and Development Business Partner at The Office Group (Fora) since March 2023. Previous experience includes a similar role at Vapiano UK from April 2019 to February 2023, and as Learning and Development National Trainer at CH&CO between July 2017 and April 2019. Prior to that, Michal was involved in multiple training and managerial roles at Bill's Restaurants from September 2014 to July 2017, focusing on training for new openings and ongoing staff development. Earlier experience includes positions as a Transformation Trainer and Regional Support Trainer at PizzaExpress from March 2007 to August 2014, and as a Polish Language Teacher from September 2004 to August 2006. Michal holds a Master’s degree in Polish Language and Literature from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski and a Bachelor’s degree from Panstwowa Wyzsza Szkola Zawodowa w Tarnowie.
