Wim Zwaneveld

Wim Zwaneveld is an experienced building and facility management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Building Manager and previously Assistant Building Manager at The Office Group (TOG and Fora) since November 2022, Wim has held key roles at Casa Camper Berlin from December 2016 to October 2022 as Assistant General Manager and Front Office Manager. Prior experience includes Guest Manager at Casa Camper Barcelona and various positions at Axel Hotel Barcelona, starting as a Front Desk Agent and advancing to Assistant Front Office Manager. Wim's career began in hospitality with a role as a Waiter in a restaurant and bar, and also included experience as a Booker at Panache Casting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management of Leisure Activities from NHTV Academy of Facility Management and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Events Marketing with proficiency in five languages from the Superior School for Tourism and Traffic in Breda, Holland.
