Manoj Saini

Head of Pipeline Discovery at Theolytics

Manoj Saini has a strong background in scientific research and development. Manoj started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the National Institute for Medical Research from September 2007 to September 2008. Manoj then joined the University of Birmingham as a Postdoctoral Research Associate from October 2008 to December 2010. In 2011, they became a Post Doctoral Research Associate at King's College London, where they worked until January 2014.

In 2014, Manoj joined Adaptimmune, where they held several positions. Manoj started as a Senior Scientist from February 2014 to June 2015. Manoj then became a Principal Scientist from July 2015 to January 2016. Manoj was promoted to Group Leader from January 2016 to January 2019. Finally, they served as the Associate Director Preclinical Sciences - Tissue Models from January 2019 to April 2023.

Currently, Manoj works as the Head of Pipeline Discovery at Theolytics, starting from March 2023.

Manoj Saini completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Physiology (Sandwich) from the University of Leicester, from 1999 to 2003. Manoj then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology from the National Institute Medical Research/University College London, which they completed from 2003 to 2007.
