Director, Routes to Market at Theom

Grace Rotondo has a diverse work experience starting from May 2018 to July 2023. Grace worked as a Bipartisan Policy Analyst Intern at the American Conservative Union from May 2018 to August 2018. From December 2018 to November 2019, they served as the BOLD Conference Associate Director at Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business (HUWIB). In June 2019, they worked as a Summer Business Development Associate at Catalant Technologies. From September 2019 to December 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School. In 2020, Grace had multiple roles, including being a Business Development Intern at SkyBridge Associates from September 2020 to May 2021, a Business Analyst Intern at RxSense from June 2020 to August 2020, and also played the role of an NCAA Division I Student-Athlete at Harvard University from August 2017 to May 2021. From April 2021 to November 2022, they worked as a Strategic Alliances Manager at Turbonomic. Grace then moved to IBM and worked as a Senior Product Manager, Digital Labor Portfolio from November 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Grace is the Director, Routes to Market at theom from July 2023 onwards.

Grace Rotondo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics Secondary from Harvard University. Grace also completed coursework in Organizational Behavior at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to their higher education, they attended Georgetown Visitation. In addition to their formal education, Grace has obtained certifications in Product Academy Fundamentals from McKinsey & Company and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Grace earned the AWS certification in June 2022 and the Product Academy Fundamentals certification in May 2023.
