The Org
Kirby is the Data Operations Manager. She joined The Org in February of 2022.
As a Data Operations Manager, Kirby helps to maintain and expand org chart data. Additionally, she manages the offshore team based in the Philippines.
Before joining The Org, Kirby worked as a Senior Associate in the credit segment at Gerson Lehman Group where she connected experts in a particular field with institutional investors. Prior to her experience at an expert network, she sourced CFO's and their direct reports for Korn Ferry's executive search practice.
Kirby has a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma where she had a focus in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
