Mattijs D'hoedt is a seasoned professional in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as the Global Data & SC Operations Manager at Unilin since October 2021, where responsibilities include defining strategies for global flooring supply chain operations and focusing on operational excellence. Prior roles include serving as SC Process & Analytics Manager at Unilin, Director of Logistics at Dematra, and Warehouse & Distribution Manager at Metagenics, where expertise in logistics optimization and supplier management was demonstrated. Mattijs co-founded the Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen, mentoring SMEs in data-driven processes and decision-making.
