Rick Kobza

Rick Kobza has over 12 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Rick began their career in 2008 as an Executive Search Consultant for DSS Consulting. In 2011, they joined Kelly IT Resources as an IT Recruiter, where they specialized in providing companies around the world with information technology professionals. In 2012, they took on the role of Recruiting Team Lead at Theoris Group/Maetrics, LLC, a full service life sciences consulting firm. Rick then moved to Theoris in 2015, where they currently serve as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Rick Kobza attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
