Michael Krovitz

Michael Krovitz is a seasoned professional in the brewing and operations sector, currently serving as Senior Lead Cellar and Packaging Operations at Theory Wellness since November 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Trillium Brewing from January 2016 to June 2020, encompassing positions such as Brewer, Lead Cellarman, and Cellarman. Michael also worked at Blue Hills Brewery as an Assistant Brewer and Brewery Intern, and held a Barback position at Yard House Restaurants. Earlier professional experience includes roles at American Spring Water as a Route Driver and in Packaging/Warehouse Operations. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a B.A. in History from Bridgewater State College.
