Scot R Lee has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Scot R started their career in 1991 at Kmart Corporation, where they gained expertise in large-box format retailing and demonstrated outstanding performance as a leader. After leaving Kmart, they worked at RadioShack, where they led multi-region Operations and Loss Prevention. Scot R then joined GameStop as a Multi-Regional Manager, overseeing Operations and Loss Prevention for the Great Lakes region. Following this, they served as the Director of Retail Stores, Corporate at InkStop, strategizing and executing total P&L leadership for the company. Scot then transitioned to Burlington Stores, where they held the position of Regional Vice President, responsible for total P&L ownership and overseeing field development and infrastructure. During their tenure at Burlington Stores, they played significant roles in its growth and public offering under Bain Capital ownership. Scot further expanded their leadership experience as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., where they were responsible for the company's total field P&L ownership. Currently, Scot serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Theory Wellness Inc., leading the company's MSO operations and driving a world-class patient and guest experience. Scot R Lee began their education at Auburn Career Center in 1988, where they studied Business, Communications, and Marketing. Scot R continued their studies at Lakeland Community College from 1990 to 1993, obtaining a degree in Business with a focus on Management and Psychology. In 2006, Scot attended Northern Michigan University, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Recently, in 2018, Scot pursued further education and obtained a Master Certificate in Cannabis from Cannabis Training University.
