Serena Peck is currently the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Fast Retailing USA, Inc. and serves as Global Co-Chief Operating Officer at Theory LLC. With a strong background in legal counsel and corporate governance, Serena has held various leadership positions within Fast Retailing since 2011. They also contributed to the advancement of women in leadership as an AWE Leader at Advancing Women Executives from 2018 to 2025. Serena earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from Middlebury College.
