Tony Santelli

Sr. Director, Digital Marketing at Theory

Tony Santelli started their work experience in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Expressions. In 2009, they became the Shop Manager at Kettle Brook Golf Club. Tony then joined TaylorMade Golf Company in 2010 as a Social Media Manager. In the same year, they also started working at adidas, where they held various roles including Territory Support Representative, Sales And Service Specialist, Social Media Associate Manager, and Social Media Manager. During their time at adidas, Tony developed and managed global digital marketing strategies, oversaw organic social strategies, collaborated with partners for product inspiration and storytelling, and managed multiple agencies and teams. In 2021, Tony joined Theory as a Sr. Director of Digital Marketing.

Tony Santelli earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Westfield State University between 2004 and 2008.
