The Role:

At Pinnacle Lodging, we are seeking a dynamic Guest Services and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in not only delivering exceptional service to our guests but also driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and delighted with their stay, while also identifying potential sales leads and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Deliver personalized service that makes every guest feel special and valued.
  • Client Engagement and Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities by understanding client preferences and offering tailored services that enhance their experience.
  • Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the front desk staff, maintenance technicians, and other team members to ensure a coordinated effort in providing top-notch guest services.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and prioritize work orders, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure all guest services are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on sales-oriented communication.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales-related fields.
  • A customer-oriented and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact, diplomacy, and a sales mindset.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to utilize CRM software to track sales leads and customer interactions.
