Paul John

Paul John has diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Paul started their career as the Head of Recruitment at Aatom Recruitment from March 2011 to December 2013, where they managed budgets, led company meetings, and built relationships with clients and candidates. From December 2013 to March 2014, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Randstad Sourceright UK, responsible for MSP/RPO recruitment solutions. Paul then served as a Strategic Hiring Recruiter on contract at Enzen from December 2014 to February 2015. Paul also had a contract role as a Technical Recruiter at Expedient Recruitment Ltd from October to December 2014. In March 2015, they worked as a Social Media Consultant and Recruitment Contractor at PSA Peugeot Citroën, primarily managing social media accounts for the PSA Peugeot/Citroen Apprentice Academy. From May 2015 to the present, they started their own company called Alpha-IT Resourcing Ltd, where they served as the Owner, adding technical talent to businesses going through digital transformation projects. Recently, they have also taken up the role of Head of Recruitment at Fine & Country, The Property Experts, and Mortgage Experts Ltd trading as Mortgage Advice Bureau, all starting in April 2019. Additionally, between April and October 2014, Paul took a break from work due to a serious road traffic accident.

Paul John attended Bristol Grammar School from 1999 to 2001. Then, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Coventry Blue Coat School. No degree or field of study was specified for either school.
