Heather Hester, M.S., LCSW-S, is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, currently serving as the Clinical Director and Owner of Counseling and Wellness Pathways, PLLC since October 2021. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University, Heather has extensive experience providing counseling to diverse populations addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. In addition to clinical roles at various organizations, including as an Independent Contractor EMDR Therapist and Medical Hospice Social Worker, Heather also teaches a Social Work Field Seminar Class at Texas Woman's University. Previously, Heather has held positions that involve crisis intervention, case coordination, and translation services, showcasing a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families across multiple settings.
