Stephanie Metro

Stephanie Metro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stephanie began their career as a Service Coordinator at TheraCare in 1999, where they coordinated services for children and families in the Early Intervention Program. Stephanie then moved up to the role of Early Intervention Program Coordinator, where they were responsible for monitoring internal processes and managing staff. In 2004, Stephanie became the Director of Operations, overseeing the management of various programs and launching center-based services. Stephanie eventually became the Regional Director of Operations, focusing on strategic business development and establishing financial targets. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer starting in 2023. Additionally, Stephanie worked at the Private Industry Council as a Youth Employment Program Supervisor, where they coordinated employment training for youth and supervised staff.

Stephanie Metro has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Sociology from Roanoke College. Stephanie also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from Marist College.
