Salony Maniar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Salony began their career at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1998 as a Laboratory Research Technician, where they performed tasks such as sub-cloning and purifying zebrafish DNA. Salony then worked as a Research Biologist at Kelly Scientific Resources in 2000.

Most recently, Salony joined Theradaptive in 2022 as a Project Manager.
