Carolina Paiva has work experience in various roles and organizations. Carolina began their career in 2019 as a Biosciences Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, where they worked until March 2021. In October 2019, they also started their role as a Research Associate at the University of Nottingham, which lasted until August 2021. In September 2021, they joined Johnson Matthey as a Bioprocessing Scientist and worked there until January 2023. Currently, Carolina is a Trainee Associate Clinical Project Manager at Theradex Oncology, starting in October 2022.
Carolina Paiva's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at NOVA School of Science and Technology. Carolina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2014. In 2014, they decided to further their education at the University of Nottingham, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology in 2015. Carolina then continued their studies at the same university, undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Life Sciences from 2015 to 2019.
