Jim Butler

Jim Butler is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Theragen since May 2024, Butler previously held key leadership positions including Area Vice President at Zavation Medical Products, LLC, and Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NEXT ORTHOSURGICAL, INC. Earlier roles include Area Vice President at Spinal Elements, Distributor Principal at Spyglass Medical, and District Manager at Medtronic. Butler's career began at Pacific Medical, Inc. and Lanier Worldwide, building a solid foundation in sales and management. Butler holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Cornell University.
