Jessica Maerz

Jessica Maerz is a seasoned occupational therapist with extensive experience in both pediatric and school settings. Currently serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist at the NYC Department of Education since September 2014, Jessica develops and implements treatment programs aimed at enhancing academic performance for children aged 5-21. Additionally, Jessica holds positions as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapist at Achieve Beyond and Therapeutic Resources, respectively, providing early intervention services that focus on self-care and fine motor skills to promote play and independence. Earlier experience includes working as an Occupational Therapist at Gouverneur Healthcare Services. Jessica Maerz earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from New York University.
