Kate Baxter

Kate Baxter is the Office Coordination Team Leader at Therapy Focus. Kate joined Therapy Focus in 2015 as a base administrator in the northern offices. A career administrator, Kate has worked across many different industries as an administrator and has over 17 years of experience in this field.

Kate is a strong advocate of Therapy Focus’ core values and strives to implement these in her day-to-day work practice as well as leading her team to do the same. Kate believes in the value of Stronger Together and knows that when they work together as a team they can achieve great things. In her personal life, Kate is a huge country music fan and travels as often as possible to see the big American acts both in Australia and overseas.
