Hina Kharbey

Hina Kharbey has extensive experience in product strategy, process improvement, and change management. In 2021, they began their role as Director of Products at TherapyNotes, LLC. Prior to this, they spent 17 years at NovoPath, beginning in 2004. During their time there, they served as Vice President of Business and Product Strategy, Vice President of Operations, and Senior Project Manager. In their role as VP, Business and Product Strategy, they managed strategic client relationships, established new lines of business, and optimized performance through joint alliances with Health IT vendors. As VP of Operations, they led a team of 9 account and project managers, resulting in a 6x growth of the client base and 3x increase in revenue. As Senior Project Manager, they directed new client implementations from initial sale to requirements' assessment, acceptance testing, management and end-user training, and post implementation support. Hina also supervised a technical support team of 4 engineers.

Hina Kharbey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management, where they studied Leadership in Healthcare from 2013 to 2015. Hina also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Computer Science and Economics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Product School in How to Build and Grow Product Teams (2021), Product Analytics Certification (2021), Scrum Product Owner from Mountain Goat Software (2020), and Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo (2015).
