Anissa Holmes Phr

Anissa Holmes, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anissa started their career at Parisian in 2004, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Labor Management Coordinator, and Manager of Compensation & Productivity. In 2007, they joined BioHorizons as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter and later became a Senior Human Resource Generalist. Anissa also worked at NaphCare, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and then as a Human Resources Manager. Anissa joined Cracker Barrel as a Field HR Manager in 2013 and then moved on to Waynes Environmental Services as an HR Leader in 2015. Anissa then worked at Sam's Club as a Market HR Manager from 2016 to 2017 before joining LabCorp as an Employee Relations Consultant. Anissa'smost recent position was at Therapy Brands, where they served as a Senior People Operations Partner and was later promoted to the role of Director of People Operations in September 2021. Anissa also participated in the BSHRM Leadership Academy in 2011, where they completed a course and project work to enhance their HR skills and build relationships with peers in the industry.

Anissa Holmes, PHR, SHRM-CP, pursued their education at Talladega College from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Public Administration. Anissa further expanded their professional qualifications by obtaining additional certifications. In March 2020, they received the PHR certification from HRCI, followed by the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2022.
