Erica Murray

Erica Murray has a diverse range of work experience. Erica is currently working as a Product Analyst at Therapy Brands since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cogstate from 2020 to 2022, where they served as a Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for capturing design requirements, system capabilities, and product features. Erica also contributed to the development of design assets and maintained specifications for development and quality control needs. Before their role as a Business Analyst, Erica worked at Cogstate as a Senior Customer Support Specialist from 2017 to 2018 and as a Project Coordinator - Healthcare from 2016 to 2017.

Prior to their time at Cogstate, Erica worked as a Promotional Products Administrator at Campus Customs from 2013 to 2015. Erica also held the position of Inquiry Specialist at Bridges...A Community Support System, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mental Health Cooperative from 2006 to 2007. Erica's earliest work experience was as a Student Administrative Assistant in the Bursar's Office at the University of Connecticut from 2002 to 2006. Erica also had a role as an Administrative Assistant - Building Inspector's Office at the City of Milford, CT from 2004 to 2005.
