Gavin Poole

Gavin Poole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gavin began their career as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche in 1996 and worked there until 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they held positions as Group Controller and Controller at Dimension Data. In 2003, they joined Henry Schein as Finance Director, International and subsequently served as Vice President & CFO for various divisions within the company, including the European Healthcare Group and the Global Animal Health and Strategic Partnership Group. In 2018, Gavin became the President of Mersey Spirits / FA Poole & Co. Distillers and Principal at Southern Cross Strategic Consulting. Gavin is currently working as the CFO at Therapy Brands since 2019. Throughout their career, Gavin has demonstrated strong financial expertise and leadership in various organizations.

Gavin Poole attended the University of Cape Town from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Information Systems. During the same period, they also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, specializing in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. In 2023, Gavin Poole completed the CFO Leadership Program at the Harvard Business School.
