Kara Barnwell

Kara Barnwell is currently working as the Director Total Rewards at Therapy Brands since April 2021. Prior to this, Kara held the position of Benefits Manager at Gallagher from November 2016 to April 2021, where Kara started as a Senior Benefits Analyst and worked their way up to Operations Manager and Analytics Team Lead. Before that, Kara was a Benefits Analyst at Dycom Industries, Inc from January 2011 to November 2016. Additionally, Kara worked as a Foreclosure Sale Specialist at JMT Management from February 2010 to January 2011 and as a Benefits & Wellness Program Coordinator at Signature Healthcare from August 2004 to September 2009. Kara holds a BHS in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University, earned between 2002 and 2007. Throughout their career, Kara has excelled in providing analysis and reporting on benefits plans effectiveness and has shown strong leadership and supervision skills.
