Pam Lowery

Pam Lowery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Pam began their career in 2014 at Greenway Health as a Medical Billing Specialist, where they worked until 2016. Pam then transitioned to the role of Claims Analyst, where they worked for two years before being promoted to Senior Claims Analyst in 2018. From 2020 to 2021, Pam served as a Revenue Advisory Consultant at Greenway Health. In 2021, they joined Therapy Brands as a Customer Care Specialist and later advanced to the position of Customer Care Leader.

Pam Lowery attended West Georgia Technical College from 2010 to 2012. During their time there, they studied Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Additionally, in June 2021, Pam obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) from the AAPC.
