Rachael Smith

Rachael Smith has extensive experience in customer experience, strategy, and operations within the professional services sector, currently serving as Vice President at Therapy Brands since August 2020. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions, including Vice President of Professional Services and Senior Director of Professional Services at Therapy Brands. Rachael's earlier career includes roles at Procentive from June 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Care Manager to Onboarding and Implementation Team Manager. Additionally, Rachael spent over a decade as a K-2 SPED Educator at the School District of New Richmond. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Oak Hills Christian College.
