Renae Lutzko

Renae Lutzko has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Their career journey began in 1987 at Hopewell Radiology Group DBA Princeton Radiology Associates, where they started as a billing clerk and eventually became a Medical Information Systems Engineer. During their time there, they worked as a Vendor Liaison, collaborating with multiple Medical Information Systems Vendors such as The Medical Manager, PowerScribe Dictation Systems, and Cisco. Renae played a crucial role in implementing and maintaining The Medical Manager system and integrating the PowerScribe Digital Dictation System with Speech Recognition.

Following their tenure at Hopewell Radiology, Renae worked at Emdeon Practice Services as a Radiology Information Systems Support Technician. Their responsibilities included providing support for Medical Manager and Intergy PM Systems, handling HL7 communications, and working closely with developers, customers, and support technicians.

Renae then joined Sage in 2007, where they worked in Research & Development - Development Support. Renae supported various systems, such as Medical Manager and Intergy PM Systems, and was involved in all aspects of Radiology Information Systems, HL7, Practice/Patient Portal, Standalone EHR, System Conversions, bug tracking, and new feature development.

In 2011, Renae transitioned to Vitera Healthcare Solutions as a Development Support Technical Engineer Level 3 and Product Owner at R&D. Their role included being a Product Owner for the Intergy Practice Management System, Community Healthcare Centers, and EDI. Renae collaborated with customers, developers, and support teams to identify and address issues, design and deliver bug fixes and new features, and work with clearinghouses to resolve format issues.

Renae continued their career at Greenway Health in 2014 as a Development Support & Product Owner at R&D. Renae was responsible for the Intergy Production Development, serving as a Product Owner and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Additionally, they provided development support for various components of the Intergy Suite, including Core Practice Management, CHC, EDI, HL7, RIS, Physician Portal, and Practice Portal.

In their most recent role at Therapy Brands since 2022, Renae is a Product Owner RCM and Product Analyst. Renae coordinates RCM needs across 12 individual brands, working with RCM Operations to enhance efficiency and establish market leadership.

Throughout their career, Renae has demonstrated their expertise in product ownership, development support, technical engineering, and project management, while consistently contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Renae Lutzko attended Clifton High School from 1980 to 1983, where they focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Renae obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2014.
