Whitney Wells

Whitney Wells, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the U.S. Human Resources Lead at Theratechnologies Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Whitney was with The O'Connor Group as the Human Capital Team Lead in the HR Partner Division and as an HR Advisor from July 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, Whitney worked at Chewy from June 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included launching the PHX1 location in Phoenix, AZ, as a Senior HR Business Partner. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Distribution Management, Inc. and as an Executive Recruiter at The Carlisle Group. Early career opportunities involved internships at MML PR and LaForce + Stevens. Whitney earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management with a Spanish minor from Dickinson College, following graduation from Miss Hall's School.
