Maria Sorensen

Maria Sorensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Maria worked as an HR & Administration Manager at Cerapedics, Inc. from December 2018 to present. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Brandeberry McKenna Public Affairs, including Administrative Coordinator and Director of Client Services, from September 2016 to June 2018. Maria also worked as a Sales Support and Inventory Specialist at Specialty Incentives from April 2014 to March 2016. Before entering the corporate world, they ran their own business, Maria Rose Jewelry Design and Metalsmithing, as the Owner/Designer from October 2011 to 2015. Maria has also worked as a Full-Time Sales Advisor at H&M from October 2013 to March 2014 and as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist/Customer Service Representative at REI from August 2005 to October 2012. Additionally, they gained experience in jewelry design at Amenda Tate Jewelry Design from 2008 to 2009. Maria's earliest work experience was in the United States Army as an E5/Sergeant from January 1997 to August 2003.

Maria Sorensen began their education at Arapahoe High School from 1992 to 1996. Maria did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later, from 2005 to 2010, they attended Metropolitan State University of Denver where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Jewelry Design and Metalsmithing.
