Steven Wong

Steven Wong has a diverse work experience in financial and accounting roles. Steven began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG in 1992 and then joined Dresdner RCM Global Investors as a Controller in Mutual Fund Administration. In 2004, they moved to E*Trade as a Manager in Mutual Fund Administration before transitioning to BlackRock where they held multiple positions, including Director in both iShares Accounting Operations and Mutual Fund Administration. In 2012, they worked at Union Bank & Franklin Templeton as an Accounting Manager, and later joined Glenborough LLC as an SEC Financial Reporting Manager. Currently, Steven is the Director of SEC Reporting and SOX Compliance at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc., a position they have held since 2015.

Steven Wong has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Steven also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
