Gemma Smith has been working in the healthcare industry since 2011. Gemma started their career as a Specialty Pharmacy Technician Supervisor at Prime Therapeutics in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Magellan Health, where they worked as a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor. Currently, they are working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Therigy since 2020.
