Lisa Raby has over two decades of experience in administrative and operational roles within the mechanical and plumbing service industries. Currently, Lisa Raby serves as the Service Administrative Operations Manager and Workers Compensation Coordinator at Therma, a position held since August 2017, following a progressive career in various roles that include Construction Project Coordinator and Jr. Project Manager. Prior to joining Therma, Lisa Raby worked at AirCom Mechanical as a Service Coordinator and at Cold Craft Inc. in the same role.
