Sydney Atkinson, P.Eng., PMP®

Sydney Atkinson, P.Eng., PMP® has experience working as a Project Developer at Thermal Energy International Inc since November 2016. Prior to that, Sydney worked as an Engineering Support at Econolibrium Energy Inc from May 2015 to November 2016. In 2013, Sydney also gained experience as a Developmental Student in the Operational Assessment Department at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) from May to August.

Sydney Atkinson, P.Eng., PMP®, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Chemical Engineering from Queen's University in the years 2010 to 2014. Besides their degree, they have additional certifications including Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) obtained from Professional Engineers Ontario in February 2023, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) obtained from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. They also hold certifications in Joint Health and Safety Committee Member Certification obtained from the Ontario Government | Gouvernement de l’Ontario in October 2021, and Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross in July 2021.
