Matt Weinmann

Matt Weinmann's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Thermal Solutions Manufacturing since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Premier Manufacturing Company from August 2020 to March 2022. Matt also held the position of President - Flexible Packaging Division at Industrial Physics from June 2016 to August 2020 and Vice President of Operations at Montana Silversmiths from August 2014 to June 2016. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at ABLE Manufacturing and Assembly from June 2013 to June 2014. Matt held the same role at Warner Power from January 2007 to May 2013 and Burnham from December 2002 to December 2006. Matt also served as the Plant Manager at Superior Essex from February 2001 to November 2002 and General Cable from 1997 to 2001.

Matt Weinmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Matt then pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they obtained an MBA in Operations Management from 1989 to 1991.
